“Dream Girl” is a commissioned portrait, where you can see the results of my earlier experimentation in the couples portraits, minimalism and shape to represent the impression of the likeness. In portraiture, I am never shooting for a photorealistic or classical portrait. They should be unique and one-of-kind. Of course it must look like the person or you failed, but I think these are interesting because with “just enough information” it gets the communication across.
